What we were asked to do:
The client sought to digitize their Bill of Lading (BOL) process for their Transportation team, which is a key component of their business model. They required a custom-built application to integrate seamlessly with their existing Transportation Management System (TMS) and Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) systems.
The objective was to streamline operations, reduce paper-based processes, and enhance overall efficiency and accuracy in their delivery tracking.
